Licensed Conveyancer – Property Paralegal

Yvette has over 25 years’ continued legal experience both managerial and administrative.  Yvette has been in the legal field all her working life and is a highly experienced property paralegal and conveyancer.  Yvette has been a fully qualified licensed conveyancer since 2004.

 

Yvette holds qualifications from Macquarie University  – Law Division, is a Licensed Conveyancer and also a Justice of the Peace.  Yvette is also a member of the Australian Institute of Conveyancers (AIC NSW Division) and participates regularly in continuing professional development and legal education programs.

 

The property and conveyancing industry is experiencing changing technologies and Yvette is focused on delivering timely, efficient and stress-free transaction on every level. An early adopter of e-Conveyancing and digitizing the complex process of property exchange and electronic financial settlements, Yvette is the PEXA subscriber manager for Medcalf Grant.
