Gail graduated from the University of Edinburgh with an Honours Law Degree in 1990. She worked for the European Commission in Brussels, Belgium after graduating and then took up employment with a large leading law firm in Edinburgh, Scotland. She was admitted as a solicitor in New South Wales in 1999.

For a period of 12 years, Gail was employed by a Mudgee law firm as a Senior Associate where she acquired extensive experience in all aspects of property law (residential, commercial & rural including the sale and acquisition of water entitlements). She was also in charge of the firm’s Probate Department.

Gail moved to Manly with her family in 2012 and was employed as a Senior Associate with another Manly law firm until taking up employment with Medcalf Grant in 2018
Gail’s clients benefit from her efficient & effective management of their legal matters, covering all aspects of property acquisitions, disposals & refinancing arrangements.

Her clients in probate matters are very appreciative of her empathetic nature and kindness in circumstances which are often charged with emotions. She manages in a timely manner to complete administration of estates so as to cause as little inconvenience as possible to her clients
